Metrolink
Metrolink recently launched the new Student Adventure Pass, which enables students to ride the train for free! All you need to do is download the Metrolink App, register using your school email, and verify your account via the confirmation email (you may need to check your spam folder). The Student Adventure Pass will appear in your mobile ticket wallet within 24 hours. You can use the Student Adventure Pass any time to travel system-wide for free. You must activate your pass each day you travel before boarding the train and present your student ID to the fare inspector upon request. Metrolink schedules can be found here.

Dial-A-Ride
For $2.50 anyone in Claremont can request a Dial-a-ride which will take you anywhere within Claremont or select further locations. Operation hours are Monday - Saturday 6am - 10pm, Sunday 6am - 6pm. To receive the voucher, all you have to do is the following:
1. Fill our this form
2. Check email inbox for Info PVTA
3. Reply to the email with your Uber account info for voucher

Foothill Transit Bus
The Class Pass is a pass that gives current students, faculty, and staff at The Claremont Colleges and The Claremont Colleges Services (TCCS) unlimited rides on Foothill Transit buses. The Class Pass is accepted on all Foothill Transit Local and Silver Streak buses. Bring your current ID to the Connection center in Honnold Mudd Library to get your free Class Pass.

Line 292 serves Claremont, Pomona, and Montclair. Popular destinations include Park West High School, Pomona Civic Center, Pomona Library, Garey High School, Historical Society of Pomona, Pomona Catholic High School, Pomona High School, Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center, Claremont High School, Claremont Botanic Garden, Claremont Colleges, Claremont Village, and Montclair Plaza. Scripps Shuttle
Zipcar
Zipcar is a car share service that offers rental cars on an hourly or daily basis. Membership is required. There are several Zipcar locations at The Claremont Colleges. See the website and use the “Search for your school to sign up” box to learn more. If you want to take a look at the

CONNECT Shuttles
The shuttle offers rides to and from the airport (LAX and Ontario). Prices ranges from $15-30 for a one-way trip. Pomona and Scripps students are often eligible for free or subsidized travel, so check your email for SAS-sponsored discount codes near breaks. You can book the shuttle here.

CCA Shuttle
Scripps provides a shuttle for students commuting from or to Claremont Collegiate Apartment (CCA). Shuttle pick-up/drop off locations are 1) Honnold Gate at Scripps, 2) Admissions Parking Lot at Pitzer,  3) In front of Building B at CCA. To see the 2024-25 shuttle schedule, click here.
