SCORE Funding
SCORE offers funding for initiatives that promote social justice, inclusion and equity, particularly for student organizations seeking co-sponsorships for programming and events. For more information, please contact [email protected].
SAS Funding Advisory Committee (FAC)
The FAC reviews and approves funding requests that fall outside the bounds of approved CLORG or SAS budgets. Each student can receive funding for two thesis bindings per academic year. Students can apply for additional thesis funding for specific projects (e.g. posters) if needed but are not guaranteed additional funding. To apply for FAC funding, please fill out the Funding Request Form. Your request will then be reviewed by the Funding Advisory Committee (which convenes every Friday) and you will receive an email informing you of your funding status decision by the following Monday. We recommend reading the FAC guidelines before submitting the request form!
Scripps Investment Fund (SIF)
SIF offers funding for any Scripps CLORG or other 5C (officially registered) organization that has a broad interest for many Scripps students, as well as individual Scripps students intending to attend finance/economics conferences. If you would like your organization to be included in the first vote, you must submit your application by then. Fill out the Funding Application Form to receive money from SIF for your student organization.
